We all hope that when the children are grown up they will lead a healthy life. It is thus important for them to learn how to live with their own body. The goal of physical exercises is not only to create a strong body and maintain health but also to learn their body movements and coordinate it by working on designed practices.

The children can also learn how to coordinate their body movements with those of others. If they practice with adults, there will be communication between them through touch. It gives them the occasion to pay attention to others, as they need to pose or move as the teacher does. When some of them exercise together, we can expect that they will experience competitive motivation such as "I want to be better than my friends." or "I want to be faster than him". If they practice as a pair or a group, they will develop the idea of collaboration. Here are some exercises that are suitable for home practice, and important points for them to work effectively.
