Ever since we formed a group "Sazanka no Kai (Group Camellia)", we have believed in the potential of every child's development, and walked hand in hand with them and their families. |

"Sazanka no Kai" started in Senkawa, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, as a rehabilitation center for physically and mentally handicapped children. |
1978
|
Tokyo Metropolitan Government designated our activity as "Rehabilitation Program for Physically and Mentally Handicapped Children". |
1979
|
Moved to Nishigahara, Kita-ku, Tokyo. The Yasuda Life Welfare Foundation provided funds for the research projects. |
1980
|
The group started conducting lecture meetings. Special counseling for kindergartens that accepted handicapped children also commenced. Today it is responsible for supervising all kindergartens in 5 wards out of 23 central Tokyo wards. |
1981
|
"Summer Seminar" and "Workshops for Parents" started. |
1982
|
Tokyo Metropolitan Government accredited the group as a corporation
aggregate. The monthly journal "Hattatsu Kyoiku (The Developmental Education)" first published. |
1983

Publishing department expanded, and released a commercial book "I Can Handle Knives!" (Budo Publishing Ltd.). |
1985
|
"Classroom for Young Adult" and "Speech, Hearing and Language Training Classroom" started. |
1986

At the 10th Anniversary Party, the construction of a new office building was announced. |
1987
|
The corporation bought a land in Kamiya, Kita-ku. "Child Rehabilitation Unit" opened, which was later renamed as "Rehabilitation and Counseling Unit". |

The construction of the new building started. |

A workshop space for the handicapped opened. |
1992

Oji Clinic Early Rehabilitation Center (later renamed as Oji
Guidance Room) opened. Oji Clinic also started practicing medical insurance treatment and health examination. Social Welfare and Medical Service Corporation (WAM) granted research fund. |
1994
|
The 11th Tokyo Kiwanis club Young Adult Education Award was granted. |
1995
|
A book "Restless Children" (Suzuki Publishing Ltd.) was published. |
1997
|
"Art and Craft Classroom" has started to provide
quality recreations. Akabane Guidance Room opened. Whole organization was restructured and new "Guidance Unit" started. |
1999
|
"Welfare Counseling Room" started to support life in community. |
2000
|
"Grand Hope - Parental Principal" Award of the Jushichiro Naito International Childcare Award " was granted. |
2001

Oji Clinic Akabane Branch opened. "Sazanka no Kai" was accredited as social welfare foundation, and Kamiya Workshop became independent as "Workhouse Pegasus". 20th Anniversary party. |
