The Association of Remedial Teaching for People with Developmental Handicaps was founded to help those with developmental handicaps to lead a self-reliant life.

There are many varieties of developmental handicaps. All we know is that despite the advancement of the science, there still exist many disorders that trouble people. Handicapped children and families carry heavy burdens and are struggling to live day by day. We are hoping to lighten those burdens and help children explore all the possibilities they have. The Association for Child Development transcends the policies and social positions to support the handicapped, and proceeds towards a world where all the people with or without handicap will be accepted as dignified human beings.
